Natural Sheep Casings

Traditionally used to make Thin Sausage such as Chipolata available in various calibres and packaged as salted bundles or spooled onto hard rods or soft tapes.

Natural Hog Casings

Traditionally used to make Thick Sausage such as Cumberland available in various calibres and packaged as salted bundles or spooled onto hard rods or soft tapes.

Natural Beef Casings

Traditionally used to make products such as Black or White Pudding available as salted hanks.

Viscofan Collagen Sausage Casings

Available in calibrations ranging from 18 to 30mm, our range of Hand Link Collagen Casings are suitable for all types of Thick and Thin Sausage
