Features:
- Supplied on Soft Tapes in Nets of 2 bundles
- Calibre 36/38mm; ideal for large size sausages such as Black or White Pudding
- Salted casing has a shelf life of approximately 1 year or more
Directions of Use:
- Soak overnight in cold water
- Change to lukewarm water 30 minutes before use
- Slide the tape over the Nozzle and then slide the casing off the Tape and onto the filler nozzle and fill out your sausages
- After use, flush any unfilled casings with water, re-salt and store in an airtight container
