Our Natural Sausage Casings are supplied on plastic rods and packaged in nets.
Features:
- Supplied on plastic rods
- Calibre 24/28mm; ideal for chipolata size sausages
- Salted casing has a shelf life of approximately 1 year or more
Directions of Use:
- Soak overnight in cold water
- Change to lukewarm water 30 minutes before use
- Slide the rod over the Nozzle and then slide the casing off the rod and onto the filler nozzle and fill out your sausages
- After use, flush any unused casings with water, re-salt and store in an airtight container
