24/28mm Red Tag Sheep Casings supplied in salted Nets

Our Natural Sausage Casings are supplied salted and in nets of 1 bundle.

Features:

• Calibre 24/28mmmm; ideal for chipolata size sausages
• Salted casing has a shelf life of approximately 1 year or more

Directions of Use:

1. Soak overnight in cold water
2. Change to lukewarm water 30 minutes before use
3. Slide the tape over the Nozzle and then slide the casing off the Tape and onto the filler nozzle and fill out your sausages
4. After use, flush any unfilled casings with water, re-salt and store in an airtight container
5. Nozzle Size Required: 15mm
