Our Natural Hog Casings are supplied salted and in nets of 1 x 40 Mtr bundle.

Features:

• Supplied as Salted Single Bundles
• Calibre 36/38mmmm; ideal for thicker sized Sausages
• Salted casing has a shelf life of approximately 1 year or more

Directions of Use:

1. Soak overnight in cold water
2. Place in lukewarm water before use for about 30 minutes
3. Slide the Casing onto the filler nozzle and fill out your sausages
4. After use, flush any unfilled casings with water, re-salt and store in a sealed container
5. Nozzle Size Required: 18mm
