Our Natural Hog Sausage Casings are supplied on Soft Tapes in nets.

Features:

• Supplied on Soft Tapes and Packages in Nets
• Calibre 36/40mm; ideal for Thick sized Sausages
• Salted casing has a shelf life of approximately 1 year or more

Directions of Use:

1. Soak overnight in cold water
2. Place in lukewarm water before use for about 30 minutes.
3. Slide the tape over the Nozzle and then slide the casing off the Tape and onto the filler nozzle and fill out your Sausages
4. After use, flush any unfilled casings with water, re-salt and store in a sealed container
5. Nozzle Size Required: 18mm
