Our Natural Hog Sausage Casings are supplied on Soft Tapes in nets.
Features:
- Supplied on Soft Tapes and Packages in Nets
- Calibre 36/40mm; ideal for Thick sized Sausages
- Salted casing has a shelf life of approximately 1 year or more
Directions of Use:
- Soak overnight in cold water
- Place in lukewarm water before use for about 30 minutes.
- Slide the tape over the Nozzle and then slide the casing off the Tape and onto the filler nozzle and fill out your Sausages
- After use, flush any unfilled casings with water, re-salt and store in a sealed container
