- Salted casing has a shelf life of approximately 1 year or more
Directions of Use:
- Soak overnight in cold water
- Place in lukewarm water before use for about 30 minutes
- Slide the Casing onto the filler nozzle and fill out your sausages
- After use, flush any unfilled casings with water, re-salt and store in a sealed container
